Tyler Covington
Manager Partner
Tyler is the Managing Partner at Edgehill Real Estate Capital and is responsible for all facets of its business including investment origination, capital formation/structuring, development, and asset management. Tyler is also a Principal and the founder of Collett Capital, a real estate investor, developer and operator of build-to-rent, multifamily, and commercial properties throughout the southeast and southwest. Tyler started his career at Collett in 2005 after graduating from Davidson College. Over the course of his career, Tyler and his partners have acquired and developed over $1 billion in rental housing and commercial real estate including 1,000+ units of multifamily and 700+ units of build-to-rent, and deployed over $325 million in equity raised from private, family office, and institutional capital.
Toddy Collett
Vice President
Toddy Collett is a Vice President at Edgehill Real Estate Capital and is responsible for supporting and overseeing investment origination, fundraising/capital sourcing, asset management, and investor relations. Toddy previously worked in Investment Management and Strategic Initiatives for Quarterra where she helped to launch and manage their inaugural single family rental fund, supporting the acquisition of over $1.0 billion of SFR properties across the United States. Prior to joining Quarterra, Toddy was a Senior Analyst for Wells Fargo on the Real Estate Banking team where she managed and underwrote over $1.5 billion in debt across various asset classes. Toddy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Max Kachkarov
Investment Analyst
Max is an investment analyst at Edgehill Real Estate Capital and is responsible for all underwriting and deal analysis. Prior to joining Edgehill Real Estate Capital, Max worked in Private Credit at Barings Asset Management, where he focused on sourcing financing and assessing creditworthiness for private equity sponsors. Max graduated from Davidson College with degrees in Economics and Data Science. While at Davidson he was also the top singles and doubles player on the men’s tennis team.
